Aluminum&Copper Pin fin Fansink
1. Pin fin fansinks generate remarkable cooling power in a low profile envelope and outperform the majority of other fan sink technologies by a substantial margin
2. Standard fansinks are composed of a pin fin heat sink and a fan placed directly on top of the heat sink.
3. Standard fansinks are available in copper and aluminum variations
4. Overall height can be modified to fit application specific requirements
5. Googe' heat sinks are lapped in order to reduce the contact resistance between the heat sink and the device
6. Standard fansinks range from a footprint of 30mm x 30mm to a footprint of 100mmx100mm and from a height of 5mm to a height of 45mm(Fan height not included)
7. Googe committed to the provision of custom parts in a cost effective fashion, generally without any tooling or setup charges for foot print less than 70mm x 70mm. Customizable parameters include length, width and height.
